How to use it

  1. Watch, pausing whenever something doesn't land.
  2. Write down only what you didn't already know — as a question, not a statement.
  3. Later, answer the question on paper from memory. Then check it.
  4. Come back to the ones you got wrong: next day, next week, a fortnight on.

Rereading notes feels productive and mostly isn't. The checking step in 3 is where the marks are — AQA is fussy about wording, and the from-memory version is usually vaguer than it felt.
